Project Description
Renovated existing space into a modern, updated ice cream parlor. Work included new demising walls, updated mechanical, new plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, casework, new LVT flooring, sealed concrete floors, new grid and FRP, refrigeration, doors, painting, equipment installation, signage, and updated storefront to include walk up windows for patrons.
