Project Description
This project consisted of a 2,332 SF ground up construction of a Chipotle Shell Building, delivered from initial site work to completion of Shell. The scope of work included site preparation, foundations, structural framing, exterior walls, roofing, storefront, utility rough-is, exterior finishes, landscaping, and site improvements. The building was turned over as a fully weather-tight shell ready for interior improvements.
