Project Description
Tenant Improvements of a multi suite vacant 7,400 SF retail center located in Sun Valley. The work included demolition of existing walls and toilet rooms, as well as saw cutting for new plumbing, electrical work, and modifications to existing storefronts, new mechanical units and distribution, and minor roof modifications. The new specs included a Pharmacy, Exam Rooms, WIC, Behavioral Health, Food Pantry, Provider Offices, Nurse Stations, Lab, Conference Room, Toilet Rooms, Storage and Data Room etc.
